I took my dog here today for gastrointestinal issues. Every part of the process and appointment was professional and compassionate. They have regular appointments as well as scheduled walk-in time frames for emergency situations. I was a walk-in. The staff was very welcoming and managed my expectations about the wait. When it was our turn to be seen, the staff and doctor were experts in calming my dog's anxiety and fearfulness of strangers. (She's a rescue who was physically abused.) My dog felt very comfortable with them almost immediately, something which astounded me. They were able to run all bloodwork and tests on site while we waited, giving us a clear and definitive diagnosis with a plan for action by the time we left
If I could give this veterinary a 0- I would.... So I contacted this location to obtain and estimate/price on cropping a min pin ears I was due to obtain.... The lady at the office advised you have to come in for a consult prior to obtaining a price or even an estimate WHAT!... Oh let me advise the consult was $75! Advised her thank you for your time but I will not come in for a consult just to obtain a price better yet an estimate I didn’t even have the puppy yet mind you. That was the end of the conversation. Then a month later I receive a bill for $75 in the mail LMAO!!! I totally ripped it in pieces and threw it in the garbage! A week later a phone call on my cell advising they are contacting me regarding my visit with my pin I have a balance due LMAO AGAIN! Woman I have never been to your office better yet I don’t even know the address to your location don’t even know what the inside of the office looks like!!! Oh yes you was here with your min pin lady I don’t even have the min pin cause I never went and got her! Please get the hell off my phone you guys are a huge scam!! Went to a local pizza restaurant a few weeks later ran into a gentleman and we was discussing our pets and it’s funny how he advised he took his dog to this location & was ripped off for $4,000+ for a surgery his dog didn’t even need! SMFH!! I rarely give reviews but when I do I like to be honest about everything not they have me waiting for hours, my dog was crying etc. If this was the last place on earth I had to go to I would NEVER!!
Excellent care with very knowledgeable doctors and staff. They all will go the extra mile to make sure your fur baby is well taken care of. Open 24/7. This is also an EMERGENCY VET HOSPITAL.
Best place to take your pet for vet care ,because they care more for your pet then money, Which is awesome. you get the best care and Help for your pet and not have to worry so much on how to get help for your loved ones because you can't pay them up front they give you time to pay ,While they give the best care.
